SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days to handcraft, pack and inspect before shipment.
Custom engraved / DIY bead jewelry needs 3–5 business days processing.
Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Shipping Cost

United States

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days, free shipping over $50 USD.

• Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days, extra $10-$20

Canada / UK / Australia

Standard shipping: 10–20 business days, free shipping over $50 USD

Other International Countries

Standard shipping: 12–25 business days
Note: Remote areas may have an extra delivery delay of 3–7 days.

Sea shipping : 30 - 40 business days 

3. Tracking Number

Once your package ships, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email automatically.
You can also check order tracking on our website with your order number or contact us on whats App ( +86 15957996795)

4. Customs & Import Tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import fees charged by your local government upon arrival. We do not cover international tax costs.

5. Lost / Missing / Damaged Packages

• Lost package: Contact us within 20 days after shipping date, All lost parcels in Express transportation will be resend a new set or issue a partial refund. If stolen, it can't be compensated.

• Broken/defective items on arrival: Send clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery, we provide free replacement at our shipping cost.

• Shipping damage policy applies even to FINAL SALE items.

6. Address Modification

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned, buyers will bear the reshipping fee.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If the carrier cannot deliver due to invalid address, recipient unavailable or refused package, the parcel will be sent back to us. To reship, you need to pay a new shipping charge. Unclaimed returned orders will not qualify for full refund.

8. Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to PO boxes, military APO addresses or restricted sanctioned countries.
